Israel Invoked to Praise the Lord.

1Praise 2the Lord!
Sing to the Lord a anew song,
And His praise bin the congregation of the godly ones.

Let Israel be glad in ahis Maker;
Let the sons of Zion rejoice in their bKing.

Let them praise His name with adancing;
Let them sing praises to Him with btimbrel and lyre.

For the Lord atakes pleasure in His people;
He will bbeautify the afflicted ones with salvation.

Let the agodly ones exult in glory;
Let them bsing for joy on their beds.

Let the ahigh praises of God be in their 1mouth,
And a btwo‑edged csword in their hand,

7
To aexecute vengeance on the nations
And punishment on the peoples,

8
To bind their kings awith chains
And their bnobles with fetters of iron,

9
To aexecute on them the judgment written;
This is an bhonor for all His godly ones.
