Psalm 77:7-9

Will the Lord ^areject evermore?

And will He ^bnot be favorable again?

Has His ^alovingkindness ceased forever?

Has His ¹^bword ended ²from generation to generation?

Has God ^aforgotten to be gracious,

Or has He in anger shut up His ^bcompassion? Selah.

Isaiah 59:1

Behold, ^athe hand of Yahweh is not so short

That it cannot save;

^bNor is His ear so ¹dull

That it cannot hear.

But your ^ainiquities have made a separation between you and your God,

And your sins have hidden His ¹face from you so that He does ^bnot hear.
