46 aHow long, O Yahweh?
Will You hide Yourself forever?

47 aRemember what my span of life is;
For what bvanity You have created all the sons of men!
48 What man can live and not asee death?

49 Where are Your former lovingkindnesses, O Lord,
Which You aswore to David in Your faithfulness?
