Psalm 8:4-8

4
aWhat is man that You remember him,
And the son of man that You care for him?

5
Yet You have made him a alittle lower than the 1angels,
And bYou crown him with cglory and majesty!

6
You make him to arule over the works of Your hands;
You have bput all things under his feet,

7
All sheep and oxen,
And also the animals of the field,

8
The birds of the heavens and the fish of the sea,
Whatever passes through the paths of the seas.

1 Corinthians 11:3

3 But I want you to understand that 1Christ is the ahead of every man, and bthe man is the head of a woman, and God is the chead of 1Christ.

1 Corinthians 11:6-15

6 For if a woman does not cover 1her head, let her also 2have her hair cut short. But if it is disgraceful for a woman to 2have her hair cut short or 1her head shaved, let her cover 1her head. 7 For a man ought not to have his head covered, since he is the aimage and glory of God, but the woman is the glory of man. 8 For aman 1does not originate from woman, but woman from man. 9 For indeed man was not created for the woman’s sake, but awoman for the man’s sake. 10 Therefore the woman ought to have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels. 11 Nevertheless, in the Lord, neither is woman 1independent of man, nor is man 1independent of woman. 12 For as the woman 1originates from the man, so also the man has his birth through the woman, but aall things 2originate bfrom God. 13 aJudge 1for yourselves: is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? 14 Does not even nature itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a dishonor to him, 15 but if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her? For her hair is given to her for a covering.
