Psalm 78:34

When He killed them, then they ^asought Him,

And returned and sought ^bearnestly for God;

Hosea 5:15

I will go away and return to My place

Until they ¹^aacknowledge their guilt and seek My face;

In their affliction they will ^bseek Me earnestly.

^aAt night ¹my soul longs for You,

Indeed, ²my spirit within me ^bseeks You earnestly;

For when the earth ³experiences Your judgments,

The inhabitants of the world ^clearn righteousness.

I ^alove those who love me;

And ^bthose who earnestly seek me will find me.

He who ^aholds back his ¹rod hates his son,

But he who loves him ²^bdisciplines him diligently.
