Psalm 149:4-9

For Yahweh ^atakes pleasure in His people;

He will ^bbeautify the afflicted ones with salvation.

Let the ^aholy ones exult in glory;

Let them ^bsing for joy on their beds.

Let the ^aexaltations of God be in their throats,

And a ^btwo‑edged ^csword in their hand,

To ^aexecute vengeance on the nations

And punishments on the peoples,

To bind their kings ^awith chains

And their ^bhonored men with fetters of iron,

To ^aexecute on them the judgment written;

This is the ^bmajesty of all His holy ones.
