Titus 2

Teach Sound Doctrine

But as for you, teach what accords with asound1 doctrine.
2 Older men are to be sober-minded, dignified, self-controlled, asound in faith, in love, and in steadfastness. 3 aOlder women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, bnot slanderers cor slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, 4 and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled, apure, bworking at home, kind, and csubmissive to their own husbands, dthat the word of God may not be reviled. 6 Likewise, urge athe younger men to be self-controlled. 7 Show yourself in all respects to be aa model of good works, and in your teaching bshow integrity, cdignity, 8 and asound speech that cannot be condemned, bso that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us. 9 aBondservants1 are to be submissive to their own masters bin everything; they are to be well-pleasing, not argumentative, 10 not pilfering, abut showing all good faith, bso that in everything they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior.
11 For athe grace of God bhas appeared, bringing salvation cfor all people,
12 training us to renounce ungodliness and aworldly passions, and bto live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in cthe present age, 13 awaiting for our blessed bhope, the cappearing of the glory of our great dGod and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 awho gave himself for us to bredeem us from all lawlessness and cto purify for himself ca people for his own possession who are dzealous for good works.
15 Declare these things; exhort and arebuke with all authority. bLet no one disregard you.
