Numbers 23:19

^aGod is not a man, that He should lie,

Nor a son of man, that He should repent;

^bHas He said, and will He not do it?

Or has He spoken, and will He not establish it?

1 Samuel 15:29

29 Also the ^aEternal One of Israel ^bwill not lie or have regret; for He is not a man that He should have regret.”
