Leviticus 12:6-8

6 ‘aWhen the days of her cleansing are fulfilled, for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the doorway of the tent of meeting a one year old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a turtledove bfor a sin offering.
7 Then he shall bring it near before Yahweh and make atonement for her, and she shall be cleansed from the 1flow of her blood. This is the law for her who bears a child, whether a male or a female. 8 But if 1she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take atwo turtledoves or two young pigeons, bthe one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering; and the cpriest shall make atonement for her, and she will be clean.’”

Leviticus 5:7-11

7 ‘But if 1he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to Yahweh his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, aone for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
8 And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall bring near first that which is for the sin offering and shall nip its head at the front of its neck, but he ashall not separate it. 9 He shall also sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering aon the side of the altar, while the rest of the blood shall be drained out bat the base of the altar: it is a sin offering. 10 The second he shall then prepare as a burnt offering aaccording to the legal judgment. bSo the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin which he has 1committed, and it will be forgiven him.
11 ‘But aif his 1means are insufficient for two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then for his offering for that which he has sinned, he shall bring the tenth of an 2ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; bhe shall not place oil on it or put frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.
