Jeremiah 2:15

The young ^alions have roared at him;

They have given forth their voice.

And they have ^bmade his land a desolation;

His cities have been turned into ruin, without inhabitant.

Jeremiah 4:7

A ^alion has gone up from his thicket,

And a ^bdestroyer of nations has set out;

He has gone out from his place

To ^cmake your land a desolation.

Your cities will be turned into ruins

Without inhabitant.

Therefore ^aa lion from the forest will strike them down;

A ^bwolf of the deserts will devastate them;

A ^cleopard is watching their cities.

Everyone who goes out of them will be torn in pieces

Because their ^dtransgressions are many;

Their acts of faithlessness are mighty.
