Jeremiah 10:24

^aDiscipline me, O Yahweh, but with justice;

Not with Your anger, lest You ¹bring me to nothing.

Jeremiah 46:28

O Jacob My servant, do not fear,” declares Yahweh,

“For ^aI am with you.

For I will make a complete destruction of all the nations

Where I have banished you,

Yet I will ^bnot make a complete destruction of you;

But I will ^cdiscipline you with justice

And by no means leave you unpunished.”

For the choir director. With stringed instruments. According to the ¹Sheminith. A Psalm of David.

O Yahweh, ^ado not reprove me in Your anger,

Nor discipline me in Your wrath.

You contended with them ¹by driving them away, by ^amaking them forlorn.

With His fierce wind He has expelled them on the day of the ^beast wind.
