John 2:17

17 His ^adisciples remembered that it was written, “^bZeal for Your house will consume me.”

Acts 1:20

20 “For it is written in the book of Psalms,

‘^aLet his residence be made desolate,

And let no one dwell in it’;

and,

‘^bLet another man take his ¹office.’

9 And David says,

“^aLet their table become a snare and a trap,

And a stumbling block and a retribution to them.

^aLet their eyes be darkened to see not,

And bend their backs forever.”

3 For even ^aChrist did not please Himself; but as it is written, “^bThe reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me.”
