Isaiah 37:22

22 this is the word that Yahweh has spoken against him:

“She has despised you and mocked you,

The ^avirgin ^bdaughter of Zion;

She has ^cshaken her head behind you,

The daughter of Jerusalem!

Jeremiah 18:16

To make their land an ^aobject of horror,

An object of perpetual ^bhissing;

Everyone who passes by it will be ¹horrified

And ^cshake his head.

All who pass along the way

^aClap their hands in derision at you;

They ^bhiss and shake their heads

At the daughter of Jerusalem,

“Is this the city of which they said,

‘^cThe perfection of beauty,

^dThe joy of the whole earth’?”
