Isaiah 14:13

But you said in your heart,

‘I will ^aascend to heaven;

I will ^braise my throne above the stars of God,

And I will sit on the mount of assembly

In the recesses of the north.

Obadiah 1:3

The ^aarrogance of your heart has deceived you,

You who dwell in the clefts of ¹the ^bcliff,

In the height of your habitation,

Who says in his heart,

‘^cWho will bring me down to earth?’

Though you ^abuild loftily like the eagle,

Though you set your nest among the ^bstars,

From there I will bring you down,” declares Yahweh.
