Isaiah 19:8

And the ^afishermen will lament,

And all those who cast a ¹line into the Nile will mourn,

And those who spread nets on the waters will ²languish.

Isaiah 24:4

4 The ^aearth mourns and withers; the world languishes and withers; the ^bexalted of the people of the earth languish.

The field is ^adestroyed;

^bThe land mourns,

For the grain is destroyed,

The new wine dries up,

Fresh oil ¹fails.

The ^avine dries up,

And the fig tree ¹fails;

The ^bpomegranate, the ^cpalm also, and the ²^dapple tree,

All the trees of the field dry up.

Indeed, ^erejoicing dries up

From the sons of men.
