Exodus 16:11-15
11 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 12 “aI have heard the grumblings of the sons of Israel; speak to them, saying, ‘At twilight you shall eat meat, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread, so that byou shall know that I am Yahweh your God.’”
13 So it happened at evening that athe quails came up and covered the camp, and in the morning bthere was a layer of dew around the camp. 14 aThen the layer of dew evaporated, and behold, on the surface of the wilderness bthere was a fine flake-like thing, fine as the frost on the ground. 15 And the sons of Israel saw it and said to one another, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was. And Moses said to them, “aIt is the bread which Yahweh has given you to eat.
Numbers 11:4-9
4 And the arabble who were among them had greedy desires; and also the sons of Israel wept again and said, “bWho will give us meat to eat? 5 aWe remember the fish which we used to eat free in Egypt, the cucumbers and the melons and the leeks and the onions and the garlic, 6 but now aour appetite is dried up. There is nothing at all to look at except this manna.”
7 aNow the manna was like coriander seed, and its appearance like that of bbdellium. 8 The people would go about and gather it and grind it between two millstones or beat it in the mortar, and boil it in the pot and make cakes with it; and its taste was as the taste of cakes baked with oil. 9 aAnd when the dew fell on the camp at night, the manna would fall with it.
