Children of God

28 And now, little children, abide in him, so that awhen he appears bwe may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his ccoming. 29 If you know that ahe is righteous, you may be sure that beveryone who practices righteousness has been born of him.

See awhat kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called bchildren of God; and so we are. The reason why cthe world does not know us is that dit did not know him. 2 Beloved, we are aGod’s children bnow, and what we will be chas not yet appeared; but we know that dwhen he appears1 ewe shall be like him, because fwe shall see him as he is.
