Proverbs 14:2

He who ^awalks in his uprightness fears Yahweh,

But he who is ^bdevious in his ways despises Him.

Proverbs 14:26

In the ¹^afear of Yahweh there is strong security,

And ²his children will have refuge.

The ¹fear of Yahweh is a fountain of life,

To turn aside from the snares of death.

^aBetter is a little with the ¹fear of Yahweh

Than great treasure and turmoil with it.

The ¹fear of Yahweh is the discipline ²leading to wisdom,

And before glory comes humility.

By ^alovingkindness and truth iniquity is atoned for,

And by the ¹^bfear of Yahweh one turns away from evil.

The ¹^afear of Yahweh leads to life,

So that one may sleep ^bsatisfied, not ^cvisited by evil.

The reward of humility—the ¹fear of Yahweh—

Is riches, glory, and life.

^aDo not let your heart be jealous of sinners,

But be zealous in the ¹^bfear of Yahweh ²always.

Surely there is a ¹^afuture,

And your ^bhope will not be cut off.
