Proverbs 11:1

A ^adeceptive balance is an abomination to Yahweh,

But a ^bjust weight is His delight.

Proverbs 13:16

Every ^aprudent man acts with knowledge,

But a fool spreads out folly.

Better is a little with righteousness

Than great produce with injustice.

A ^ajust balance and scales belong to Yahweh;

All the ¹weights of the bag are His ²work.

He who ^ajustifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous,

Both of them alike are an abomination to Yahweh.

It is also not good to ^apunish the righteous,

Nor to strike the noble for their uprightness.

To ^ashow partiality to the wicked is not good,

Nor to ^bthrust aside the righteous in judgment.

Both of them are an abomination to Yahweh.

¹^aDiffering weights are an abomination to Yahweh,

And a ^bdeceitful balance is not good.
