Joel 2:11

But Yahweh ^agives forth His voice before ^bHis military force;

Surely His camp is very numerous,

For ^cmighty is he who does His word.

The ^dday of Yahweh is indeed great and very awesome,

And ^ewho can endure it?

Joel 2:31

The ^asun will be turned into darkness

And the moon into blood

Before the ^bgreat and awesome day of Yahweh comes.

Woe, you who are longing for the ^aday of Yahweh,

For what purpose will the day of Yahweh be to you?

It will be ^bdarkness and not light;

Near is the ^agreat ^bday of Yahweh,

Near and coming very quickly;

O the sound, the day of Yahweh!

¹In it the mighty man ^ccries out bitterly.
