Do Not Love the World

15 Do not love ^athe world nor the things in the world. ^bIf anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, ^athe lust of the flesh and ^bthe lust of the eyes and ^cthe boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. 17 ^aAnd the world is passing away, and also its lusts, but the one who ^bdoes the will of God abides forever.

1 John 5:19

« 1 John 41 John 52 John 1 »

19 ^aWe know that ^bwe are of God, and that ^cthe whole world lies in the power of the evil one.
